Vertex Tutor (www.vertextutor.com) is a website dedicated to provide CG related applications free and payed training, through video tutorials or online 1 on 1 private classes...
At the moment, these trainings have a strong incidence over Luxology's Modo as a stand alone application or integration with other packages, such 3DS Max. By the time of this announcement, only free tutorials are available for download: -Gamma Workflow in Modo; -Using Scripts and macros in Modo; -Setting Backdrops in Modo; -Moving Assets From Modo to 3DS Max; -IBL Light Rig in Modo;-Controlling The Perspective Flatness in Modo; -VR With Modo and Pano2VR Vol 1
Accordingly to the website owner and founder, Paulo Barrelas, commercial training will be released soon and the free tutorials are planned to be released in a regular basis. The website has a Poll on the frontpage that serves for visitors to vote on the type of Modo training you'd like Vertex Tutor to produce. Don't forget to vote.              |
