For this meal you need 4-5 paprikas, 3-4 tomatoes, 1-2 onions and 2 eggs.
Before you start frying you need to cut the vegetables on a tiny pieces.
First you need to fry onion a bit, then add paprikas and fry until it softs (10 minutes approximately), then add tomatoes and fry more until its almost done, and then add scrambled eggs to tie it all together.
You'll get satarash, my favorite light summer meal.
It goes perfectly with bread, white cheese, cucumber and white wine.
