Re: Old school animation
I remember it, from around the time you won the 'Design Your Dream House' Contest. Interesting how with technology, thesis projects change, they are getting very high tech these days. In my day I was cutting edge, I did mine in CAD (Autocad 9 I think), plotted on mylar and air brushed colors on back and then a museum board vicinity map that lifted up to show view corridors to the project site. The project was situated in a neo-classical district, I called my thesis 'NeoClassical Revisionism' and it was similar to a conservative post modernism.
My point being, at the time everyone else was drawing by hand and I was the rebel stealing computer lab hours to complet my project in CAD and here early 2000's you modeled in 3D and and did an animation and now we have things like the Jubilee Church by Rendershape, what next? LOL
