Welcome to the site Kishore...nice start with vray
There are some scale and mapping issues here...like the scale of the sofas and the floor tiling. What size did you render the image in...the time is too high if it was not a hi-res file. If you post your settings here, we can tell you how to optimize them!

as Neha mentioned above there are some points that you can work upon for the next update. Otherwise nice first render with vray. Which version of vray you are using?

But i have used v ray 1.09 for the rendering and presently I have installed . 1.47 .. but I see the settings I have used are still existing ...

i was going through the settings you used. Dont ever use Noise Threshold as 0.0 under QMC Sampler. it slows down the render extremely. that's the main reason why it took so long. it should have been over under 1.5 hour in that config. 0.005 gives acceptable results in most cases. Catmull-rom gives more sharpness rater than Area, specially in case of interior. your IR map min/max can be around -4/-3. try this setting, i think that will do. that's all, mate.

Kishore, yes, the noise threshold setting was what caused all the render time! Once you start using vray regularly, you will develop your own style and find the settings that best work for you.
Here is one post where you'll find a lot many tips to optimize your render times.
