I am not sure what are the client wishes, but what I would add here is couple of trees and shrubs. There is no single tree there. Otherwise the picture is really good. All the things that may be off now could be hidden with good positioning of the trees...
Yet all experience is an arch wherethro’ Gleams that untravell’d world, whose margin fades For ever and for ever when I move. How dull it is to pause, to make an end.....
Mario, its a very nice work. i like the texturing and lighting.

"There is no possibility of cheating in art. It is either good or bad."
I actually do not see anything off, I like the image very much, but you said something about glass railings that you think are off, and Russell mentioned roof tile texture. I just think that with couple of trees, positioned clever, all that is perhaps not perfect could be ballanced...
Its looking very good Kippu! I suppose the client must have specified the output ratio...its just that presently, sky occupies more than half of the image...if you could crop up some portion of the sky...

It looks to dark. Am I right in assuming we are looking at the second building in?
You need to get a bit of sun and shadows in there. I would also get a bit closer it looks as though you are showing the first building... you can show the end gable of the adjoining for reference but look at what you need to show, which is the new build?
It looks as though the front edge of the new bit were it joins the pavement is floating a bit.
Can you post a higher res image so we can see more?
