Nice lighting overall. Grasses are perfect . Modeling is really good. Nice texture on the wall. You can put bit dirt and grain on the road. The footpath texture seems looks stretched. Tree and plants are too green. The sky is over exposed. You can work with cars shaders. I think these will help you to enhance your scene. Characters are looking really nice except the running boy. But I really like this work.

At this point, I think it just comes down to textures and texturing, if you wanted to take it one step past that, more details in the models. Sky is blown out to me, but it is coming along nicely

I think the image is pretty good, you just need to do some colour adjustments in photoshop. I took the liberty of doing some on your image, it just took about 5 minutes and you can see how much difference it has made...

I agree with the other comments.
I would add a bit of detail on the model and on the brown boxes especially, the color blends too much, the shape is almost unrecognizable...
Otherwise it need a little work to get very good. Neha did great job on that.
I did a few touches on top of that... Postwork could get you even further, with better plants in foreground.
I recomend visit to the site of ambient light textures, they have great free sample textures for foreground plants and other stuff...
Here is what I did and a road texture that you can use to make it better.
I would recomend better texture for the walkway also, check the mapping, looks stretched... here is asphalt texture also...
