It looks pretty good, sone nice modeling. To me it seems like bump scale is off a few places, glossy levels off in a few places, the white vase and grey twigs look like an untextured piece sitting there for no reason and the lighting feels kind of sterile, the sickly blue behind the TV doesn't help IMHO.
That may have sounded harsh, but there is a lot working real well, I am just trying to help and offer comments. Look forward to seeing any future renderings.

Its a nice image. I agree with Russell about the bump. The camera actually makes the composition look a bit awkward, maybe if you lower it and apply a camera correction it will look much better. Also, right side of the room seems too dark, you can place a low intensity area light just to remove the overcast area, if you don't want it to be lit up. The area above the central hung ceiling looks burnt out, reducing light intensities over there would help too.
Don't mean to be harsh on you, just some small things that go all the way in making great ones.

Nice image really, I agree with Neha about light on the cieling, you should reduce the intensity...
But I wonder, what render engine you used, that took almost 4 hours to render it?
I know that with Vray or MR you would need much less time to render such scene in normal image size... though it may depend on computer...
HI and welcome to the site ... I agree with Russel, Neha and Branko... but one thing thats really coming out is your burnt up areas... in ceiling you can use.. v ray light material instead of anylights .. it works excellently for that kind of places.

Nice colour combinations and using of textures. Nice modeling too. I think you light setting needs work more. The ceiling and window area are totaly burnt out.
Hey welcome in this site. Hope to see lots of beautiful works in future.

i am looking for some good design concepts for luxury hospital rooms..anyone who has done similar work or can offer something please let me know at the earliest.
What is going on outside. Is that a parking ramp. The angle seems a bit off. I think the interior looks great. The ceiling doesn't bother me that much. I would put and image of something on the flatscreen and/or photoshop out the two hotspots that are reflecting in the screen.
