exterior animation frames

Hello again guys,

Bellow are 2 screen shots from an animation of a residential complex. I am aware of the fact that there is more to be done, but most probably there are things that will slip my mind as well, so since I am on very tight deadline, I decided to post them at this stage. Needless to say that any kind of suggestions are HIGHLY appreciated.

Regards,
Alex

Re: exterior animation frames

I like them. The two colors for the asphalt confuses me and I wish the pale yellow color had some sort of texture. Otherwise they look very nice.

Re: exterior animation frames

Since they are shots from an animation they look pretty good, hard to comment on shots from animations since quality has to be comprimised for file size, but it looks pretty good as far as I can tell without seeing the animation itself.

Re: exterior animation frames

The lighting looks a bit over-exposed to me, otherwise nice work considering it is for animation

Re: exterior animation frames

Thanks for the help guys!
It seems like for the moment the animation has been postponed until december for marketing purposes, and in the meantime, the client wants a rendering for each building type and one of the entire residential complex. That should make comments easier.
I have attached some new images.

And btw, the pinkish asphalt color has to go... I agree with that.

Thanks again!
Regards,
Alex

Re: exterior animation frames

Looking good, I think the asphalt is looking much better. Looks like it is turning into a pretty good sized job.

Re: exterior animation frames

I like the scene, but the wood is not that convincing, why don't you consider modeling the planks rather than using texture.
Also good car paint is adding alot to the realism because people are used to seeing cars everyday so think about working a bit in that direction
Cheerz!
