WIP, rental unit concept. Simply, thanks for pointing out vray dirt. I used it on this one and I see what you mean about how it adds to the image. D.sign thanks for pointing towards Dosch HDRI. They really are superior to any that I've used before.
I'd love to have any C&C. I'm not sold on my grass and will be making some changes to it, but I thought I'd see where else needs attention first.
Thanks in advance for your time...
Hey buddy, looking pretty good, you might not have brand new asphalt and the shadows on the facade are distracting to me, you might play with sun angles a bit and see what feels the best. I would do a more reflective glass so that you don't see and empty abandoned building. But it is looking good.

Overall nicely done, composition is good, perhaps a bit closer to the building would be better for us with weak eyes...
Now ruthless critic - beside asphalt and the tree in foreground (I would put it in postwork, rather than 3d...) what jumps out at me is lack or direct light by sunlight. I mean, it is there, the shadows are there, but it seam really weak, like some artificial light source, real sun would make much stronger impact than indirect skylight component of light... If the day is cloudy and sunlight is really weak you would not have such sharp edges on shadows... in fact shadows would be really diffused, very soft... So, either you remove your sharp edged shadows or increase intensity of sunlight and make stronger contrast between shadowed and lightened parts of the scene...
yeah, guess i've gone a bit too far with relying on hdr for illumination. Weak eyes, ya, don't they suck! This is small no doubt. I'll kick up the sun, lazy son of a gun that he is, it wanted to sleep.
This is fairly early in the concept, my plan is to utilize the roof area to sport solar collectors. Of course this is one of my projects, no one else is asking for them here yet. Have you seen any increase in providing alternative energy yet?
