Hey nice going!
There are some issues, just a few.
The trees are still too saturated a little. The asphalt is tiling but that isnt really that noticable.
Overall contrast, brightness and saturation could be modified - still depends what your looking... hope you dont mind I gave it a shot of what I would make with the contrast and saturation settings. Now its not right or wrong just my way of looking at it.
Oh and a little sharpen under PS also added. Compare the two and tell me what you think?

That helps a lot J! The trees dup to much too, I can handle that hehehe. I'm going to post another shot in a moment as I had adjusted my image to reduce what I had precieved as being to exposed... guess my monitor may be off... things that make you go hmmmmmm

I have 3 monitors that I use - and one of them is connected to the computer that has internet access. And the monitor there is very very dull. So Its probably way off in what you see on your monitor. The monitor Im currenly on makes everything look much much darker.

that's the condition that I share, only 2 monitors, but one much darker than the other, hope to find the right one for the right chore... I figured that after a hundred mentions that I was tooooo saturated it would be wise to find out ................
There are calibrators that calibrate your monitor. I wanted to get one ages ago but it seems I cant be bothered to go and buy one! Jeeez just so lazy and on top of that I keep forgeting!

BTW, how did you get the blue into the image? The HDR that I'm using is really much grayer as a static image on my end....
Copy the layer - erase everything but the sky make and mess with the contrast and saturation. Its always cool to render the sky seperate and tweak only it without fuss. That or make a mask and just extract the sky from the image using that mask.

that can't be done for animations can it? so do you compensate for the animation a different way? In my head I would think that I should be able to get one setting to accomplish both just at different resolutions. I hope to take this to an animation when I get some more of the site plan figured out. That'll be a first for me, so if history repeats I'm in for many hours of pounding my head against the wall!!!

Yes you can do the same in an animation
Adobe Aftereffects works just as photoshop only for animations.

To get the HDRi less gray and more colour in you 3dapp - get into the HDRi settings and decrease the gamma level, and test drive the other values (brightness and contrast).
