Architectural Designs - On the Drawing BoardPost your Architectural Work In Proggress Here. Display what is on your drawing board so to speak to show off and obtain constructive criticism.
I just saw that one of the last little projects I did before leaving architecture and the firm I was working on is finally being built. Nothing spectacular, what I learned from it is that engineers can make something as simple as this become more complicated than a building! LOL It is part of a major renovation of Bellevue Square, a project I worked on where we did as-builts and CDs in Revit and where I acquired a distaste for Revit on huge projects.
Well it was a unique project if not very impressive.

Thanks a lot Russell. Pretty big mall. Nice to see the using of space. Very simple and elegant.

ok Russell, now you've done it! I really do want to know how you get all the content in? It can't all be modeled, and signage and the like has to be provided somehow. What is photo or not????? BTW, great job.

NO NO NO!!!, it is an actual job I did working in an architectural firm and these are photos of it being built and the renovation performed, it is NOT a rendering.
When I was working in architecture I tried to post real world jobs once in a while in this "On the drawing board" forum for WIPs, even though I left architecture more than a year ago, I thought I would post a project that was finally getting built.
