Very cool direction CivicDuty, I was thinking of the ecomomic concerns, that Speedline mentioned, CMU walls aren't too expensive. I do like your example

CivicDuty, I appreciate a lot your considerations, thanks for partecipation.
I like Meyer's works too and the quite white walls (I've thinked that mediterranean colour) there. As The Allusionist said I've not a great budjet but I could work on fast walls and frames to elaborate more that "box".
I'm still working on computer with the measurements, so very soon you'll have a 3d Wip on. I'm glad that you have posted an image...so reference or considerations are welcome.

The Allusionist Could you spell me CMU in english I want to learn this terms. You mean the walls with "glass bricks", right?

I like so much the dialogue here...please come in!

Speedline, CMU is short for Concrete Masonry Unit, basically your building looks like it is made up of concrete or cinder blocks, concrete bricks as it were.

Ok I've now the main model, but I want to submit it at your considerations. Which one do you like? The version A or B? Or no one?
Consider that these are WIPs

VersionB. I must think for a future roof on top, for now the beams support the pergola on top. Don't look to details but to the overall masses.

All C&C are vital.
Thanks in advance.

Hey speedline. I think the second one is more intersting on an architecture level, however I like the simplicity of the first one. But if I had to pick, I would go with the second one. Nice work.

I actually am more partial to the first option. The upper window like voids give a sense of a larger structure of useable space and give it a residential feel. If it wasn't a residential structure the second version would be my choice.

Looking at it, I almost think a strong horizontal plane protecting the front entries and tying/anchoring the center peice (which might be slightly underscaled) to the structure may give it some more visual interest.

Just some thoughts, it is looking pretty cool!
