Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
First if all, happy New Year and all the best to members and stuff of 3DAllussions...
Well, end of year is here, I look at what I did for past couple of months, and find this one that I would like to forget. This is from one project which turned bad on me, I did not get payed, did not get any recognition for my work although I put some time to that, I could spend that time much better. I might as well get something out of this by sharing with community...
Anyway, those are appartments in high rise building, Manchester I think...
C&C are welcome as always...
Sorry to hear the negatives of the project, but the first image is very well done, very nice. The second one is as well, but it is a straight on POV, so it isn't quite as exciting. Did I say the first one was real good? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks buddy... well, as for the bad sides, I should not mention them probably, but perhaps artists should be aware that there are all kind of people around and even if you do the job good you may experience problems... That is why one should always listen to their instincts for one and work by the rules for two. That mean - clear contract and clear situation. Take half of the fee in advance, take other half on the delievery... and not just the money, define the timetable, deadline, quantity, quality, everything... and stick to it even if you work with the people you think you know very well. You may loose some jobs because of that, but you will gain much more. People will start to take you much more serious if you stick to such rules...
Very nice works! I'd say my worst experiences have been when working with people known well to me, it gets really wierd when you are not paid for such a job and you have to chose between letting all the fees go and taking some action against a 'friend'!

Yes, it feels very sad after spending some long hours of hard work and then dont get paid for that. It happened to me also, I guess it had happened to everyone at some point of time in their career.

Thanks people for your support...
Neha, you got the point exactly! That is what happened. If that was with some people I do not know I would take some action, now I feel really bad for the way they acted and I do not know what to do...
The 1st image is really nice, The second one, I like the reflections of the city in the glass is nice but the POV isn't exactly pleasing. In the 1st one I think I would ditch the guy on the 2nd floor, he is looking a little distorted and flat. I would also make the area under the umbrella a little brighter, It seems to be a tad dark with the brightness of the light. Otherwise nice job! Sorry about the loss with all the hard work you had put into these.
