Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
It has been a while since I last posted something. This image is a redo of an image I posted a few months back for a competition 'Finding Shore'. I wasn't to happy with the results from the previous image so I decided to change the mood and composition. The Image was modeled with Viz2006, rendered with Maxwell, and the post production work was completed with Photoshop. Thanks for viewing!
Hey buddy, good to see you, I remember the image well, I was confused over the rendering and the reference image and this definitely could be a reference image, excellent work. So that I don't feel completely inadequate, please tell me some of it is photo work with post production composite for some of the landscaping, etc.

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I really enjoyed this piece over the other one, for sure!
TheAllusionist: The only composite/photoshop work was the landscaping and the background image. I used HDRI in Maxwell so I could reduce the amount of photoshop work in the end but the background never turned out right so I ended up redoing the background. The landscaping in front is also photoshop work. All I did was searched on google for the specific landscaping I felt looked right for the scene. Like the grass along the fence was a beach scene with lots of grass, so I ended up cutting out the grass from the image and adjusting the colors to reflect the atmosphere of the rendering. Same with the bushes in front of the grass along the fence. Searched google for bushes and found and image that looked right for the scene, cut out the unecessary background and adjusted the colors again. But that's all the photshop work I did to that scene. My goal is to reduce the amount of photshop work when I generate images.
Very cool thanks for sharing it. Yes I had thought that the foreground plants and background sky were post processed imagery, but that in no way takes away from your work, it is beautiful composition and the texturing and lighting match brilliantly, truly a great piece.
