Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
Great first try I like the mood. The modeling and texture is really excellent. I think there is bit exposer problem in lighting. Grass can be more prominent. The trees which you used in post production (Photoshop) seems bit pixelate. There is a green line in the corners in all over your scene. May be it is your rendering problem.
But I like the overall scene. Really nice work

Nice First try.. What did u use v ray ? .. i guess Neil has spoken abt major issues. They soem very good things in your render like the glass in the ground floor and the roof tiles. I feel the pergola should be in white rather in black .. and also u can try giving the same galss material on the first floor windows too ... Nevertheless very good render

Very good first render! I'm a bit uncertain what material you are using on the columns as well as the front of the house (near the door) but it appears to be repeating a bit. You might want to adjust the .bmp to make this a better texture/pattern (I had this problem on my first couple renders too). But all in all it looks very good.

Hi Brian, you are shape. Those are repeat problem.actual stone sample only 4" x 4".What's your solution for such sample?[ I've edited in ps offset ]

Honestly, I'm still learning as well! I take care of the scaling typically in Autodesk MAX (actually VIZ) where you can adjust the bmp scale, I'm uncertain just how much you can adjust it in your own model before it negatievely effects the look. Others will likely be able to answer that question better than I, I used to do a lot of graphics 7-10 years ago (I even had a lake scene that actually got around the internet quite a bit in the early days) but I'm only just now getting back into it with the latest rendering software/techniques. I still have a lot of learning to do with the tools of today!

Very nice first render
I agree with other on the lens chromatic effect. You can use displacement for the grass, that will make it look much more real or you can just replace it in PS. If you place some furniture inside the room on Ground floor the scene will look much more lively. It is nevertheless a very good render...thanks for sharing!
