Both are very nice.
I would make first one a bit less saturated and add more shadows from the trees
On second, the cornice looks a bit too strong and heavy compared to the thickness of the bearing wall...
Looks good. Few minor changes would be better. I agree with Branko, first one looks very saturated. In the second one I think you have to change the moss texture. Looks bit artificial. Adding more dirts would be more realistic

Nice looking water in the first one. I think few objects of both image looks bit saturated and vibrant.

thanks neil. I tried to play with the scene. I can't rig thess people, i dont know how yet, so i just tried to create a scenario with the sniper crosshair. i'm glad you like it.
