Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
Very nice renderings, I would personally lose the lens flares, especially the light sphere glows, kind of a CG give away. To me it looks like the scenes are using a real cold bight whilte light source, no warmth to it, I would strengthen the yellow in the exterior light source to bring some warmth in. On the second image, since the whole color scheme is cool and blue, the brown chairs really jump out like a color blink Interior Designer had their way with it Just my opinion, but to me even the yellow brown couch cushions are out of place in the first scene.
Technically a good rendering, reall like the curtains , in the office they seem a bit domestic. Good renderings, subjective items are all I can realy comment on, and they are opinions on my part.

Very nice render and lighting. I like the texturing also. Beautiful blue environment. To me the table lamps are bit out of this scene. May be you can switched off them

Nice mood I think, light is nice, color scheme a bit cold, but I do not mind that.
I find that camera postion, especially for second pic is a bit off... I think you should work on that also, try some more POVs which make the space look best...

Yes, I agree, those are really great!
May I just suggest to turn on camera correction modifier, or if you use vray phisical camera, click the "guess vertical shift" button. That will make vertical lines really vertical, eliminating the third vanish point and make the space even more believable IMHO...
