Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
Hey, very beautiful work. Great modeling and texturing. I really like it. Hey nice using of IES light. . May be you can tweak bit the center sofa texture and you can use bit darker light in interior. But these are just my personal thinking.

Glad the new job is working out for you For some reason the floor is bothering me in the image, but the rest is working well, and the ocean backdrop is great. Keep sharing your work with us

heh.......yeah the floor is some new type of fake floorboard that the client wanted......it's got that white caulking in the middle and some strange little round circular sections. I think the design idea comes from nautical flooring. I matched it pretty well, they love it, I'm with you Russell, I'm not so sure.
In any case.....the client is always right......aren't they?
Very nice work, I agree about the floor... if only the groutlines are darker than boards it would look fine...
Also, I think that color of wooden furniture is too simillar to the color of wood boards... but generally very nice image, lovely mood...
As for client being always right... well that is the law, but I saw lot of good images get spoiled folowing clients wishes...
but we do what we can to make it as good as possible... this time you did it great!
Great image. One thing I would argue is the the outside is too dark. For the time of day and the intensity of the light hitting the wall, the inside would be much darker or the outside would be much lighter. I think making the exterior lighter and using less artifical interior lighting in the foreground would really make it sing and add to the realism.
I think you might also tone down the lights over the kitchen counter a bit. Just a little. hot.
great work, i'd suggest you focus the scene on the kitchen (needs a bit more light), the living room, and your balcony (no need of the closer desk section (just my opinion), and the floor is not that good for your scene, i mean one piece all the way trough the balcony doesn't seem to look "real" as your other objects do. IMHO. i'd say you have the last word cause you press the ENTER key to render despite the client POV.
maybe one good addition could be your client on the balcony enjoying that view (that could give you some credits to spend on changes)
