Re: Some old architectural renderings

Fantastic stuff, I am very fond of historic architecture. I really like the last image, the Piranesi type rendering is working really well there. Great stuff, we look forward to seeing more!

Re: Some old architectural renderings

Beautiful work! Both subject matter and execution are exceptional! I love the first image, guess you are using new final render with sun and sky system... seam that it works great...
I like the interior shot also, it looks very realistic, but the compression of the image is too strong so it kills quality...
Last one is really great... you got the right balance of stylization with it... it reminds me of old drawings by Raphael and Federico Barocci from 16. cetnury, that I saw in one book on Italian Renaissance Architecture (which I am really fond of)...
If you got something more, show us please... I am also interested in final render as archviz tool... I used it couple of years back...
Bellow I attached the drawings by Raphael and Barocci...

Re: Some old architectural renderings

I think I saw the main image on Cebas FinalRender site when I was looking at their stuff. I am really interested in FinalToon and may just pick up FinalRender since it is included with it. Anyway, congrats on being on the mothership site

Re: Some old architectural renderings

Marco, these are some fantastic render!

i have never worked with Final render, but its a great tool and much faster than other Gi tools that are available in the market. I have seen some of the internal matter of Final render, when one of my friend was working on a project, the output can be awesome at times. The new version is just way better than its previous version. Also final Toon is a nice tool that comes with the renderer.

I love the drawings of Raphael and Federico Barocci

Re: Some old architectural renderings

Wow! Beautiful renders...I just love the first & last image. I am also very fond of historical structures, it would be great if you could share some information about the building in the first render, it is a georgous structure. It will also be great to know more about the softwares & techniques you have used for these two images.

Excellent work once again...looking forward to see more of it
