Chinese Cultural Center
Hi guys, its been long already since my last post. I miss you guys. now I'm back with my latest render. not that much tho, but i like it already so i decided to share it. cc's are always welcome. done in 3dmax and photoshop. its a thesis by a student who asked me to render her perspective. have a nice day everyone.

It is the second time this month that I have heard of college students getting archvis artist to do renderings for them, I think it is cheating, but I understand taking care of a good clients kid or a hot female college student!
 I like the design better in plan than in perspective mainly because the angled three tier section feels awkward to me. Just a personal thing, I like the archtectonic feel to the rendering, the plexiglass buildings work real well.

thank you russell, hot female college student indeed. LOL. but I'm workin on both her's and her boyfriends. I'm gonn post the other one soon. by the way. I was trying to capture a semi fisheye approach on the aerial, but I just can't do it. I'll try more practice on that technique soon. and also, I just did the viz, design and planing are still theirs, so I guess its still good as just a simple outsource for presentation. thanks again russell.
