Architectural Renderings - Architectural Visualization Showcase2D and 3D architectural visualizations. FINAL
My recent work. Front building is the existing building. As per client's requirement the front building will be very less detailing. Back building to be built. Upto 5 floor will be car parking and rest of all will be use for office and restaurant. Camera angle and trees is told by client otherwise trees can be improved. There could be some environment stuffs but that was not required so why I will work more .
It's afterall time and money factor, he he.

Since the model is not detailed and surrounding buildings are just boxes, I would suggest different approach... I think more stylized, sketchy look would work better here.
I suggest to add AO/dirtmap pass to overlay on the image...
I also suggest using couple of filters in photoshop to make it look a bit more sketchy...
I tried to illustrate what I had in mind... attached is also the small psd file with layers or postwork...

Hey Branko! Great stylization work...Niel...I agree with Branko about this...since you are not going for a detailed PR look, giving a stylized look in PS will work well...

WOW, great suggestion. Thanks to sharing your experiences with me. This sketchy look really great. I will definitely apply this concept to other project. I think this client will not go for this concept. They are very very perticular about their design and they always wanted to show design very clearly thats why they didnt go for night view which was suggested by me.
Hey thanks again
