Good Work!

Good work! The materials may not be crisp enough, this may be the lighting, if the setting it mid day, maybe it isn't bright enough? Love the staining on the concrete (?) panels on the building. The parking lot is very good. It may seem like a small item, but this quality of parking lot (infarastructure) really adds to a scene, I think you nailed it, great job!

The light level and brightness may be a little dim, but otherwise a very good rendering. The foreground plant at the bottom right, doesn't quite work for me, it is a different plant from the rest, and I think it should be more to the right so it is cropped more. Hey that is all I see, like stated before, texturing is very well done and that parking lot is sweet! I would love to see some cars and a few people even if they were just sillouett shadow people.

Very nice work and V-Ray does real nice renders, how do you like it, and is it integrated well with Max?

Nice image, I kept seeing comments on the parking lot and scrutinized it and yes, it is very nicely done. Texturing on the building is good also, nice image.
