The textures are really nice. If I might make a few suggestions...
The plate on the wall looks like it's floating and the beam looks to clean were it goes in to the wall is a bit too clean and straight.

I see got the tiles at the bottom of the wall...bravo most the time people forget those first and the light texture on the walls. Over all great job

TNT,
Glad to see some more of your work, the image looks great! However this is a 'Work in Progress' contest for new pieces developed for this competition. We would love to have you participate, but would ask that you create and develop a new piece for the contest that follows the contest guidelines:

Link to Contest Page:
http://www.3dallusions.com/Contest.htm

We look forward to seeing your entry, I am sorry if there is any confusion about the contest requirements. I really hope you have the time to participate!

By the way, that is a beautiful rendering, very nice work, looks very realistic.

Hey not a problem, I can move it to the architectural showcase thread, I just wanted to make sure you saw the response. I was just hoping with your unique rendering style you would be able to participate in the contest. I understand if you do not have the time, but I hoped to see some more of your great work. If you have the time and can post a written description of a concept you can still participate if you get it in quickly, if not we look forward to seeing your work in the future.
