Architectural Wonder II ContestContest 'Work in Progress' Submissions
The forms and spatial hierarchy seem classical, alluding to some great historical wonder of the world
I placed the clarification here to help others understand what we wanted. The statement says 'Alluded' to some historical wonder of the world. In my mind alluded means to capture the essence not mimic it.
Hopefully contestants have a clearer understanding that the vocabulary can be modern but the scale, forms and spacial hierarchy need to allude to what we preceive as greatness and inspire awe and wonder. Sorry that our efforts to use historic precidence as an example of grandeuar has led some to interpret the guidelines as having to mimic historic vocabulary.

I think it is actually a 'Foot Fetish' as I have commented before! LOL But yes Paulo is right, I just wanted to make sure people knew that we weren't looking only for recreations

I can't find anywhere in the rules or questions regarding the posting of our WIP images at other sites, such as our own personal sites or other forums at which we are a members.
As I've been in competitions where some have preferred WIP images only to be onsite, while others have not been overly bothered, what is the official line here?
