Marco A. Delgado - New Karnak
Hello!
First, sorry my bad english, is difficult to me.  Well, my idea is a construction of Karnak (Egypt)  Egypt is a GREATcivilization with many of great monuments. I will try to make a Karnak of the XXI century: "NEW KARNAK"  Maintaining their great size and beauty, but with the new and more adapted materials to our century.  I will update my sketch tomorrow. Wow...so many HISTORICAL sites...REJUVINATED.!!! Way to go. Looking fwd to this one. KARNARK temple had always been a favourite of mine...

It's interesting to think that Karnak has been reworked so many times, and now again - it will be nice to see if you manage to get a good natural progression.
I was at Karnak about 10 years ago and was talked through the various layers that came off just one wall - reaching back through various religions that had used the building over the years - each leaving their mark in the architecture and interior decoration.

Hello!
Well, Karnak is a Temples Complex. This is a little sketch and some pictures for Karnak. This monument is complicated because how is logical Karnak has very preserved parts and others destroyed.        I construct some of this Temples and put the materials like a white granite, concrete, metal and something wooden. I use silver tones in the metal, something golden and to put different paintings of their hieroglyphics. There won't be bricks. They will be big blocks of granite, in rectilinear forms, I will make some green areas. Very clear tones and with some contrast in dark wood or metal.  Sorry my bad english. ups!
