Chris Morris - Rennovated Cathedral
Hey, my name is Christopher Morris and I am a 17 year old from Britain with no previous modelling experience. Here is my concept sketch and what it is like so far. It's basically going to be a cathedral, but futurised, that is, incorporating futuristic elements. Please let me know if anything I have done regarding this thread is wrong; as this forum system is different to one I have grown accustomed to, though I have read rules and FAQ's and such.

 Is this a new piece for this contest? Modeling is looking great so far  Looks like you set up your thread correctly

thanks - though I am sure they are just to keep me motviated. am currently working on a staircase, its not looknig too bad.. but my system is very slow, so i may need to purchase another hard drive before i can continue x-x

Right.. my systems speeded up a bit now.. got my 100odd gb hard drive set as primary instead of slave (haleliwia, + saving fiels to an external 350gb hard drive = speed!) Anyways, here is a quick render (no textures yet, i shall begin those probably mid august or the beginning of it). These are some screenshots of one of the towers. I've made a hefty start on the roof. Stairs are still in progress so i'll show those in a bout an hour or so. Sorry for waiting so long to reply! I hope you all like this..
