The World as we know it is dying twice as fast as it is being cured and at this rate Planet Earth will one day cease to exist in the Modern Universe. The Super Powers of the World have decided to come together and create a safe haven of the largest collection of living artifacts and resources in a single location know exclusively as the ‘vault’. An architectural structure of colossal proportions is to be erected which holds the D.N.A. coding of every living creature and variation known to man. Every nation purchases a module which represents that countries existences in the ‘vault’ below and in turn generates profits for the specific country.

Fully computerized and enforced it will be the largest undertaking of human architectural ingenuity every recorded and the very first construction to secure humanity’s existence for the future. Buried miles underground, it has been locked from the World's eyes only for a few in the World are allowed and the chosen few. Above the ‘vault’ displays the Planet's largest single accumulation of living diversity shown to the public at large and to the World displaying every nation. The building's architecture does not stop there, it also contains work facilities all above the 'vault' which stations another system by itself. This system is where the main financial resources are gathered through the museum and other working and inhabiting stations above to finance the ‘vault’ below. These stations all include train station to get from module to module, along with others such as gyms, offices, restaurants, clothing stores, entertainment facilities, living quarters and so forth. The revenue derived from these systems is what runs to 'vault' beneath. This entire building not only span blocks in length but is a mystery to its construction spanning more than 10 years both construction and maintenance.

The complete architectural structure is one complete building held together by various modules (smaller structures resembling buildings) with a thriving business where it makes money to further develop the ever expanding 'vault' that lies beneath, hence it is fully and completely self-sufficient. Carphology and it has been crowned represence the very last hope of human existence of a cataclysmic proportioned disaster.

Some call it the 8th Wonder of the World while others call it ‘THE Architectural Wonder of the World’…and then there are those who call it the first ‘Super Wonder of the World’ – C A R P H O L O G Y.

Nice text idea essay Darvin...would like to see some of your thought translated to sketches...mostly the part that describes modules that each country would use as representing its chunk in the whole thing...

Sorrie about the long intro but I wanted to make my point as clear as possible with words. Hopefully I'll get the sketches up as soon as possible. Also I just want to reinforce that this if going to be one building but extremely huge that it is built in parts, somewatt like the ISS (international space station) one of my personal favs. Thanks again for the support guys and look forward to progressing with my concept.

gr8 concept Darvin...reading your description brought into my mind the same image when I got while reading Angel and Demons by Dan Brown...the underground vault etc. It will be very interesting to see how you show a structure which will be half underground

O.K. finally I got around to getting my thoughts into paper and here it is. The modules are the 4 structures which support the main inner main module. Now imagine this 50 times in a square connected by trains and water stations. Between each modules lie 1 small module which will have buildings like gyms, work office, restaurants but that's not confirmed in the final plans yet so I left it out. These above are final but I'm still toying around with materials so it might change and evolve as I move on. C&C are all welcome. Hope to hear from you guys and girls what you think...lol...
