I'm a newby!

Hi there you creative people!

As a new person to this site I thought it would be nice to introduce myself first. I'm Anneke, 19 years old, from the Netherlands. I work parttime as a model for two years now and I'm a beginning instructor BodyCombat, one of the Less Mills fitness programs.

I've always had a great passion for nature, animals (especially chickens and turtles) and painting/drawing. When I was 12 years old I started creating websites, I got addicted to the internet. In 2005 I finished my VWO exam. Now I'm a first year student @ the HKU (Utrecht School of Arts) in the Netherlands. I study 3D Animation and Visual Effects.

At the end of 2007/begin 2008 I want to visit a foreign country for my study period as a trainée. Till then I want to work on my portfolio, there's SO MUCH left to learn!!! I thought this forum was the right place to learn a lot and meet other (becoming) 3D artists.

Welcome aboard, we look forward to seeing your work and comments. Nice of you to give a little background information to let us get to know you a little better.

I want to make a pre-emptive strike and say behave yourselves boys! For some reason it is not very often that we get 19 yr old female fitness trainer/model interested in CG around here.

We look forward to seeing your work and since you do webdesign, do you have any expamples of projects you have done, we would love to see them. Once again welcome to the site.

Welcome Anneke, yeah this is a great site, at least we try to...LOL!
I also like chickens but i never ate any turtle, they are too funny and cute!!

We are curious to see your work. what software are you using?

Unfortunately i like to eat meat, chickens are one of my favorite...humm...all this conversation is making me hungry!!

Actually i would like to become a vegetarian but my wife don't and this could become a real problem. Watching her doing all those fancy and delicious meat dishes while i was eating carrots? I lack that power of will...LOL!!
