Hey people...this is Neha from India. I am architect by qualification and a CG architect and visualizer by profession. I am very passionate about anything thats 3d Love working on 3ds max....and am crazy about games.
I am very fond of historical structures....love travelling and visiting new places. Really want to go on a world tour some day (any sponsorers are welcome at this point ) Like to study ancient civilizations, eapecially their mystical aspects!
Am also a big fan of FLW. I like playing with lights and shadows when it comes to CG. Am quite new in this field and have never had any professional help or guidance...but love to learn and explore on my own...and aim to be a gr8 CG artist one day!!!
Neha, all the best wishes for you. CG and architecture integrates very well. So, you have a great future ahead

Neha,
Thanks for letting us get to know you a little better. Look forward to seeing more of your work here in the forums. You should watch B&N online for bargain books on FLW, since he is probably the most popular american architect, there are lots of books on him and I see some very reasonably priced in the stores. I even have a CD some where that contains virual tours of digitally recreated projects of his, kind of cool.

virual tours of digitally recreated projects of FLW...that is pretty cool i have always wanted to do something like it myself ever since i saw the virtually created panoramas of some historical structures on encarta....will do it if i get a loooooooot of free time or if i find a sponsorer for my around the world quest
Hey thanks Mugan...I bet there can't be a better job than where you would be able to travell and work with 3D. Come to think of it...it would really be fun travelling around the world with you notebook and doing the models of all the beautiful places you come to like!!

From an architects POV that does sound good, I am looking at it from a games modelling angle but I cant really see any job roles combining both travel and games crafting
But heyho one cant have everthing huh
Have you been to Cambodia? Angkor Wat would be a great challenge for a 3D architect
Best

I recently spent a month in Cambodia seeing the sights and learning more about the traditions and culture of the Cambodians and it was a month very well spent.
Obviously the Temples of Angkor Wat was the highlight, incredible constructions, I highly recommend a trip to see them and other parts of Cambodia. Great country, great people
Best,
