Hey I really like it, though if it wasn't for the ships or planes in the sky, I would think it was a new project in China, they are doing a lot of stadiums, etc. for the Olympics and a new opera house that looks like the top third of an egg protruding from a body of water. Anyway, a lot of the promotional material is night shots of these projects and this kind of reminds me of the promotional material and renderings I have seen for them.
Once again, nice use of simplistic strokes of light vs. dark to imply detail, it is very nice work, I like the spires  Great work as usual.
