looks good. The colours are very contrasty. If it is possible for you then you can add bit variation with trees and plants

Nice one, perspectives by hand can be difficult, to me the site perspective doesn't seem to match the building, but it looks good!

Hey, it looks very nice. I'm very happy to see such nice handdrawn perspective. I did them a lot at university but I'm involvedin CG at all.
Well, in this kind of presentations some imperfections are even welcome i think. It gives more life to the whole impression. Very nice!!!
