CG Artwork - Digital Showcase2D & 3D computer graphic images that don't fit within the other catagories. FINAL
Hey everyone!! Its been a long time since I posted some work. This is the scene I had done for the Christmas lighting challenge on CGS. I was waiting to post it after the results were announced...the date for the result announcement was long back and it never happened...I don't think there would be any problem in posting this on other sites now
Rendered as usual in vray. Composited in PS. The author of the model is Jeremy Bin. A big special thanks to Russell who provided me some good ref images for Christmas trees. C & Cs are always welcome!

Here are a couple of other stylized images I produced. First one is what I call the 'White Christmas' version. Whenever we think of Christmas, white & red colors pop up in our minds...hence this image with pronounced white & red.
The second one is something I did with the very first test render out of max...it was more like I was doing a test run to see how I wanted the post production work to be like...but I somehow like the way it turned out and would like to share it.

Hey Neha, very nice work!
Unusual step out of arch-viz subjects... must be nice to do it for change...
The last one, dark one, that is my favorite... it appear most artistic of them...
Thanks Branko! Yes, it was really a good break from the usual archviz work. Unfortunately the scene was too heavy for my machine and I have spent very less time working on it...most of what you see is in fact the post work. I would like to do more of some offbeat work for fun whevever I can carve out some time out of daily work and routine...it always feels nice to do these kinds of works...

The last one looks perfect for a Christmas Card! it even has space for text, maybe this year we can use the image for a mass e-mail during the holiday season Hmmm I seam to remember something about a tutorial or am I just crazy (That is a lob also)?

Sure Russell, we can use the image for wishing our members during the next holiday season, I will just need to add the model credit to Jeremy Bin. Tut, well, the text part has been ready since ages...I need to sit and do a quick interior scene to use as an example. Give me a couple of days and I will have it ready, also a couple of more I had thought of will follow soon...
