Xplosion - 3DAllusions

hi guys here's a simple project I did for a competition at 3DPinoy.Com || The Online Community for the Filipino CG Artists. its a simple explosion using native fire from 3dmax and explosion tutorial by Julien VANHOENACKER.

I also made a simple animation. hope you like it.

Really cool, it reminds me of 50's or 60's sci-fi art, almost 2D in styling.

Hey how did you know about the media tags to go around your video to get it to embed in play in the forums? That feature isn't fully implemented and I didn't think I told anyone, or did it just place them there when you linked to a YouTube video?

it just placed itself and everything else with url. hehe. cool, the site's a bit different now, thanks russel, it has improved alot. specially when viewing the images.

Very nice, I'm a fan of this type of look. I could see this as an animated feature... good going, love those tuts!!!
