Good start, I wonder if the legs aren't too short for the body size? In addition, I would think you would want to make the mythical creature more athletic looking? Heaven knows character modeling is tough, just trying to provide input.

Hey buddy, my point is that as a piece of art that captures people's attention and inspires emotion, that choosing the appropriate breed, pose, etc. is crucial. A Pegasus isn't a thoroughbred and isn't 18 hands tall, so perhaps picking something like a classic Arabian is the best solution? You have one of the best looking breeds with a real cool form and posture and very heroric. It would be a much better choice than a saddle sore old nag IMHO.

Yea Russell is right. Legs are bit short. I think you have to work very minutely with the eye area and you have to increase the neck part little bit. good start. Hope to see more updates soon....
