evepe,
Good character work, look pretty low poly, good for game work!

Looks like Japanimation (I hope that term is not offensive, pre-Manga) stylized character. She looks long and lean, giving her a good teenage appearance. Move the light source giving a hotspot on her face and perhaps change the skin tone a little after you get a good light setup.

Good potential, very nice materials/texturing on a model of this level of detail. Pose the character so that it seems you are viewing a still shot from an action scene, kinetic energy can really make a scene come alive. I would rather see no barrel flash/flare than one that doesn't look real good, so I would loose the bluish glow, especially if the weapon is pointing at the ground.
This is good work, especially since you are new at character modeling, since you do mechanical ships and jets so well, I am sure you will get the hang of it. I would suggest studying anatomy real well, or if you plan on doing stylized characters, like in the Manga school, I would suggest learning that style of anatomy real well, it will really help your modeling of the human form. Bellow is one of my favorite sites for Manga style character development, it has some great tutorials:
Hello,
This is my new artwork, it is a soldier model. The poly of it is more than 200,000 faces. He has two weapon, a knife and a gun.
er, have a look. Give me some advices. Thanks a lot.

Nice work, pretty cool. I know that you want to get into the game industry so you might want to try doing a low poly version and fake the detail with a texture map, that would be someing good for your demo reel when you start looking for work.
Have you done any character animation yet? Even a BVH file of this guy throwing a hand grenade would be cool and would get your feet wet so to speak I might have a BVH someone throwing a grenade, let me know if you can use a BVH file
