great render Visual3d and phath3. Visual3d, i like the leather couches and the window work. phath3, looking nice. may be you have to tweak the floor texture. i love the floor wood. very good work, thanks for your oarticipation

I make convertion for trueSpace and Blender file format.
For trueSpace, I saved it as trueSpace 4.3 cob file format. So the file can be open by ts4.3 or above version.
