it's not that great now i look at it, i think i may reverse the direction where the target is pointing so it's possible to view out the window and better match with the reference photo.

Hey, Simplychen, nice start, I think you got something there, nice theme around the stairwell and skylight above... with a bit more experimenting you will have very nice angle...

seems like HDRI is your new best friend. the curtain does not seem to complement the background though. i dont' know...but it's shaping up nicely

Rod, shag area carpet looks a bit overscaled as far as shag is concerned and it is floating.
