cyberpowerpc
i'm thinking of getting my next rig from cyberpowerpc. maximum pc likes em but their consumer rating is around 7.5 and they seem to have issues with cust. service. anyone here ever deal with them?

I have no experience with them and learned my lesson recommending PC companies to people. One friend bought a top of the line Alienware PC and had nothing but problems, they wouldn't take it back and for three months had him working on it while phone conferencing with them. So I definitely wouldn't deal with them and they are suppose to be great.
