It is difficult to wade through user reviews, if you are happy with services or products, you probably think that it should and continue on with your life. If the service or procuct is bad, you probably feel wronged and have a slight personal vendetta against them and will go the extra mile to provide negative feed back. So I usually look for the one with the least amount of negative comments.

Thanks though, actually there were lots of good comments, so I imagine they are pretty good.
