Oh give me a day break nice, I love that time of day, while you can still snag night crawlers off the wet grass....

Yeah, when i was 11 or 12, i builded with a half broom- and an ironstick an earthwormcatcher.^^
the iron must be sticked in the earth and after that it must set under electricity-just for 2 minutes or so.
then the earthworms came out and were easy to catch.- i guess that was not very gentle to the worms... :/

edit: or a nightcrawler something different? sry - i tried to translate it-but found nothing. my english is bad-
    every 10th word i need a dictionary.

A night crawler is just a large worm, they come out of the ground at night and you can pick them off of the grass. I used to grunt worms myself, the fish didn't seem to mind. You fooled me with your English, I thought you were a native...

    hello,

modeling goes further and i started texturing aswell. im not quite sure about the light. if its too early, its too dark and a lot of the details will be lost in the shadows. quite nice aswell- but maybe i will let some sunbeams come up.
another thing is about the vegetation. im testing which method will be more advanced- displacement grass or real scattered proxies...

    here a few pictures- >

    a well

a surfboard which doesnt really fits into this scene- but i will keep it dirty and forgotten^^

    a ladder

    and a table

and last but not least- the housefront-after cleaning nearly everything of the geometry, chamfered and
with wood laggings. I modeld a new lamp, door and put an old shipbell at the balk beside the door. also a fishing rope, the stair which i posted before, and an edging board with slightly pattern is added.

    Re: Philipp Althoff - Flipped

first- happy new year to all people outhere- wish you the best!

well… i need a break from the exterior shot.
i didn't planned to do something at the interior. but after watching the kitchen i changed my mind.
because i like it. its very compact and interesting light situations are given.
i created a few new models and put some older and free models into it.

about the style… i tried to kept it simple as it was. not too modern- because the exterior shot is quite dark and a bit dirty- so no one would expect an ultra modern minimal kitchen. but otherwise it should not be customary- a nice mixture, a warm, bright and light atmosphere with a retro touch.

a first test with minor errors

Hey I really like the kitchen, some retro stuff going on like the refrigerator that may be a tad too shiny in my opinion. Very nice work!
