Haven't had much time to work on my entry, but today I returned to pick up on the scene. Worked on the environment and modeled roughly some elements to get an idea of the final. Did some quick test renders.
The trees are just place holders.
I hope to do more.

Hello,
I apologise for not showing my alternative lifestyle and energy sources. I have had little time to work in my entry.

In my concept of eco tourism each bougalow are built with wood and on pilars away from the ground not to turn the soils waterproof. Each module are easy removed leaving a small ecological footprint.
Energy and heating is provided by solar energy with several panels throughout the resort.
There is use of rain water for irrigating an organic vegetable garden in the complex and also for use on the w.c.
The pool is biological and here is the description of wikipedia:
"A natural pool or natural pond is a system consisting of a constructed body of water, where the water is contained by an isolating membrane or membranes, in which no chemicals or devices that disinfect or sterilize water are used, and all clarifying and cleaning of the water is achieved purely with the motion of the water through biological filters and plants rooted hydroponically in the system."
The resort is located in a walking distance from the beach, so no car is used inside the area.

I hope this explains my idea for a ecologic life style and alternative energy sources.

I just try to watch all the entries and say something if it looks like a contest requirement isn't being met, I am doing it for the contestants benefit.

Here it is! My final entry.
I have to give it as close. I happy wiht it. It was fun.
The software used was: Sketchup, Blender, Thea Render and Gimp.
I uploaded to the gallery, now lets see if I can upload the high res to the ftp.
