Thank you for watching and comments. Contrary to appearances models in my last post are realy low poly
And here next update...
Small compizition test of background terrain with Trees and milions of Poly. I have litle problem to render this out but working on some optimalization for now I have 12 diffrent layers of trees, bushes, rocks and stones. Foliage models are from iCube R&D group, free samples available after registration. I made several types of them.
Finally render out the background a lot geometry a lot of problems
Thank you for the good words but still a lot of work ahead.
sodrifi - I use an old good Dell Precision Workstation 490 but is not enough for this scene I had to cut off the foreground with the building and still had problems to render this. Preview render 1920 x 800 simple setings took 1 h 24 min., 4000 x 1667 final settings about 10 h / 12 GB Ram and still I need a lot of rendering, foreground, building, etc.. I hope to be on time with final render but I'm already a little tired.
Matthew, have you converted your geometry to mesh from poly? It helps a lot with ram issues. Love the MTNS Fingers crossed here for your ability to get what you want done. Friday the 13th is nearly over, maybe that will help too.
